Loved relaxing in the garden at this place! The private entrance made me feel extra fancy. And hey, towels were provided in the apartment, so I didn't have to bring my own. Score!
Oh, and I just adored the fact that there was nothing I didn't like about my stay here. besides the lack of coat hangars and boot storage.

Loved the garden, perfect for sipping tea and pretending I have green thumbs. Private entrance made me feel like a VIP. Towels provided, no need to bring my own from home!
Oh, how I wish I could hang my coats and leave my boots by the door! But who needs those in the summer anyway?

The apartment was comfortable and cozy, with a homely feel that made me instantly relaxed. The living room was perfect for chilling out and watching TV, while the kitchen had all the necessary appliances to cook delicious meals. The bedroom had a lovely view of the garden, and waking up to that every morning was a treat.
The only thing I didn't particularly like was the small shower in the bathroom. It was a bit cramped for my liking, but others might find it perfectly fine.

Great location! The hotel was conveniently close to Uppingham, where I had a summer school to attend. The host, Lesley, was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the newly appointed bathroom was fantastic. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen area, despite the limited supply of utensils.
The house felt a little unfinished, with some plasterwork and paintwork needing completion. The lighting in the kitchen/diner and lounge area was quite poor, making it difficult to read in the evenings.
